Fingerprinting Ink provides professional fingerprinting services for individuals and businesses, including live scan fingerprinting, background checks, and mobile fingerprinting services.
2. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful personal information.
- Follow all applicable laws regarding fingerprint submissions.
- Not use our services for fraudulent or illegal activities.
- Ensure that you or your employer/agency correctly submit required documentation.
3. Appointments & Cancellations
- Appointments can be scheduled online or by phone.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
- Late arrivals may require rescheduling.
4. Payment & Fees
- All fees must be paid at the time of service.
- Fees are subject to change in accordance with state, federal, or company policies.
- We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods.
5. Refunds & Rejections
- Payments are non-refundable once fingerprinting has been submitted.
- We are not responsible for rejected fingerprint submissions due to poor fingerprint quality or incorrect information provided by the applicant.
- If a resubmission is required, additional fees may apply.
6. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for any delays, processing errors, or decisions made by third-party agencies receiving the fingerprint submissions.
- We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
7. Privacy & Data Retention
- Fingerprint submissions are retained for 90 days before deletion.
- Your personal information is protected as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
- All website content, logos, and materials are the property of Fingerprinting Ink and may not be copied or used without permission.
9. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We may modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated Effective Date.
